Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange of service only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

REFUND

 

Refunds are not provided once the fees is paid, however the exchange of services can be done. All exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date.

 

EXCHANGE PROCESS

 

To get a exchange of services, please email customer service at sharpscalez@gmail.com or call at 6230821851. Please allow at least 2 working days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.
 

Exchange Fee per case is Rs 500.
